Job summary

Enterprise Bot GmbH in Zurich, Switzerland, seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to blend deep technical expertise with business acumen. You will support sales, design automated AI solutions, and lead technical engagements from discovery to delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in Pre-Sales or Solutions Engineering, with senior experience, strong German/Swiss-German, English, and CRM/ERP knowledge. You will engage across stakeholders and contribute to thought leadership.

Qualifications

5+ years in Pre-Sales or Solutions Engineering, with at least 2 years at a senior level.
Proven track record in B2B SaaS or AI-automation environments (experience with conversational AI, RPA, or cloud-based automation is a strong plus).
Experience with voice technologies such as ACD and IVR workflows is a must.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Native-level proficiency in German/Swiss-German is required, along with strong English communication skills and the ability to engage effectively across technical and business stakeholders. Proficiency in French and Spanish is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, cloud infrastructure, APIs, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Technical Enablement: Partner with Sales to design tailored AI automation solutions using the platform.
Deliver product demos, POCs, and presentations that communicate technical and business value.
Lead technical discovery sessions and develop architecture proposals and integration plans.
Solution Design & Delivery: Translate business requirements into scalable, secure architectures.
Collaborate with Engineering during pilots and implementations to ensure delivery.
Provide technical validation and support during critical sales phases.
Customer Engagement & Partnership: Build trusted relationships as a technical advisor.
Ensure customer success by identifying risks and resolving challenges.
Support key customer engagements or escalations when necessary.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align roadmap priorities with customer feedback.
Contribute to technical enablement materials and training.
Advocate for customer needs within the organization to improve delivery.
Thought Leadership & Market Engagement: Represent Enterprise Bot at events and webinars.
Stay updated on AI automation trends and best practices in B2B SaaS.
Contribute to positioning the company as a trusted technology partner.
