ANYbotics is seeking a Field Engineer to lead the customer adoption journey across multi-site deployments, owning timelines, value delivery, and on-site integration of our robotics solutions.

You will coordinate field technicians, manage stakeholder relationships, drive user adoption, and convey field insights to product and R&D teams to shape future offerings. This role requires international travel and is based in Zurich, Switzerland.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in engineering, robotics or a related field is required.
• Proven track record in customer-facing roles within robotics, industrial automation, or complex technical systems.
• Excellent communicator with ability to present to executives and operations teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive user adoption in industrial environments.
• Strong capability to coordinate teams and maintain project continuity in high-pressure, international settings.

Aufgaben

• Lead deployment projects across multiple sites, ensuring smooth deployments and value delivery.
• Act as primary contact for customer leadership and operations, driving user adoption and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate field technicians and internal specialists, set priorities, and resolve on-site hurdles.
• Advising clients and translating needs to product/engineering teams to align roadmaps with customer requirements.
• Lead training sessions for diverse audiences to maximize system utilization and confidence.
