Job summary

Flexion Robotics is seeking a Head of Go-to-Market in Zürich to lead the commercial motion from first conversations to multi-year contracts. You will own relationships with OEMs and enterprise customers, shape pricing and packaging, and drive the early GTM playbook.

The role combines hands-on deal work with building a repeatable revenue engine, evolving the model as the product and market mature, and guiding a growing commercial team across Europe and the US.

Qualifications

• Experience in an early-stage GTM environment where product, pricing and motion were evolving.
• Proven track record of directly progressing and closing complex enterprise opportunities.
• Comfort with technical customers and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Convert early commercial traction into scaled revenue by leading OEM and enterprise relationships.
• Shape the commercial model with founders to package, price and monetise technology.
• Establish qualification and prioritisation frameworks for scalable opportunities.
• Build the GTM operating model with segmentation, pipeline management, forecasting, CRM and governance.
• Navigate complex strategic relationships across robotics OEMs and enterprise customers.
• Remain highly hands-on with key customer conversations, proposals and deals.
• Build the team intentionally over time, scaling hiring with revenue traction.
