Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• 2-5 years in category management or product/brand management with P&L experience.
• Excellent German and English communication; strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Strategy & Business Planning: shape the consumer category plan and growth strategy for DACH.
• Product-Line Ownership: manage portfolio end-to-end with P&L and quota accountability.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: align Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and more.
• Performance & Optimization: monitor KPIs like sales, market share, inventory and margins.
• Customer & Market Insights: leverage data to identify opportunities and refine go-to-market.
• Product Marketing: guide pricing, launches, promotions, and channel programs.
• Channel Partner Engagement: build relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Supply & Demand Alignment: coordinate with demand planning and supply chain.
• Entrepreneurial Ownership: act like owner, improve processes and remove obstacles.
