Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in German, English and French mandatory.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience in medical device or pharmaceutical industries preferred.
• Strong PC skills; MS Office; MS Dynamics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for external and internal customers and provide stellar service.
• Process orders in ERP, confirm product availability and manage replenishment.
• Ensure orders ship on time, coordinate deliveries and handle inquiries, credits and returns.
• Coordinate inventory and stock allocations to maximize service levels.
• Issue special price quotations and support pricing adjustments when needed.
• Liaise with Sales, Finance and field staff to resolve unpaid invoices and escalations.
