You will model cross‑functional workflows, plan UAT, and collaborate with stakeholders across a distributed team to deliver requirements, designs, and prototypes. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a Business Analyst on IT implementation projects.
• Experience on CRM projects and workflow automation.
• Experience with international organisations or transformation programmes.
• Degree in IT, computer science or related field, or equivalent.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
• Model business processes and unify diverse practices into a single workflow with clear data flows.
• Plan and run UAT from scripts to sign-off.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across distributed teams to deliver requirements and prototypes.
• Suggest improvements for conference and event management tools.
