Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in international or complex software environments.
• Working knowledge of software technology with hands-on programming experience.
• Strong analytical skills with APIs, data exchange formats (XML, JSON).
• Experience with Postman, SoapUI, Fiddler, or similar tools.

Aufgaben

• Gather, analyze, and formalize complex business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Write functional and technical specifications (SRS, SDS, user stories, use cases, test cases).
• Collaborate with QA teams to provide testing scenarios and initial testing against use cases and acceptance criteria.
• Identify and communicate project/design risks to management (security, performance, compliance).
• Facilitate workshops and knowledge transfer, presenting analyses and deliverables.
