Job summary

LGT Capital Partners Ltd. seeks a proactive Business Analyst to strengthen the CPS Platform team in Switzerland.

You will bridge business and IT, translating needs into scalable requirements for our CRM and product management system, supporting end-to-end delivery and user adoption. You will gather requirements from investment, business development, operations and compliance, write user stories, support data quality and interfaces, and maintain the backlog while coordinating testing and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on or consulting experience in business analysis, CRM, data management or operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience with CRM systems, master data management or data quality topics; SQL/Power BI is a plus.
• Knowledge of private markets, investor management and AML/KYC onboarding processes is a plus.
• Experience with agile ways of working, backlog management and UAT coordination (Azure DevOps or Jira).
• Self-starter with ownership; able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, structure, and analyze business requirements from investment, business development, operations, and compliance teams, driving end-to-end change initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, specs, data mappings and acceptance criteria with IT and stakeholders.
• Support CRM evolution focusing on simplification, user experience and adoption.
• Support Product management system changes and data quality improvements; define data attributes and rules.
• Document and validate interfaces and data flows between connected systems and assess impact.
• Contribute to client onboarding and AML/KYC platform rollout with adoption across ops and compliance.
• Maintain the product backlog, support prioritization, testing (UAT/regression) and sign-off.
• Map as-is and to-be processes; identify pain points and opportunities for automation.
• Act as a trusted contact for CPS applications; prepare user documentation, training, and communications.
