Lexton Stanley is seeking a Credit Analyst in Geneva to join the Credit Department. You will review and prepare credit files up to submission to the Credit Committee, assess security documentation, and coordinate with Account Management to ensure transactions comply with approved Credit Proposals.

Key responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, presenting to the Credit Committee, reviewing approval forms, and ensuring timely reviews and renewals.

• Strong financial analysis skills for audited and unaudited statements.
• Rigorous, detail-oriented, and able to meet Credit Committee deadlines.

• Conduct comprehensive review of credit packages and financial analysis.
• Present financials to the Credit Committee.
• Review Credit Approval Forms for alignment with terms.
• Ensure security/collateral is in place and compliant.
• Perform periodic borrower reviews and flag deterioration to RM.
• Review annual audited figures and assign credit risk rating.
• Monitor maturity dates and ensure timely renewals.
• Maintain audit-ready credit files and draft minutes for committees.
• Respond to ad-hoc queries from Front Office and stakeholders.
