Lexton Stanley in Geneva is seeking a Senior Credit Officer to join the Credit Department on a full-time basis. You will own complex Lombard lending transactions from origination to closure, working with Front Office teams on derivative-related exposures and credit approvals.

You will drive underwriting, monitor LTV ratios, manage collateral, and sign off on drawdowns while collaborating with Credit Committee and trading desks. fluent French and English are required.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with complex Lombard lending transactions.
• Fluency in French and English, spoken and written.
• Strong background in derivatives and structured OTC transactions.
• Solid grasp of financial markets, investment products, credit risk and banking operations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Drive the credit underwriting process in close partnership with Front Office.
• Build and present credit limit proposals for sign-off by committees.
• Track Loan-to-Value ratios and margin coverage on derivative positions.
• Handle elevated-risk exposures and assess pledged collateral.
• Own day-to-day credit operations: data upkeep, reconciliations, documentation follow-up, guarantees and credit card requests.
• Act as a go-to credit expert for the Front Office, covering structuring, exception handling, margin calls and knowledge sharing.
• Work closely with the Credit Committee, trading desks and Asset Management.
• Sign off on drawdowns and cash/securities transfers.
• Foster a collaborative, risk-aware team culture and streamline processes.
• Feed into internal reporting through KPIs, statistics and dashboards.
