OK JOB AG in Geneva is seeking a Contract & Order Management Coordinator to join our services, software, and spare parts operations. You will coordinate contracts, orders, invoicing, and related logistics in a dynamic, international environment.

You will work closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure processes are accurate, timely, and compliant, while supporting invoicing and license administration.

Aufgaben

• Manage maintenance contracts and annual invoicing follow-up.
• Process and monitor SaaS contracts and orders.
• Oversee Customer Service orders through the entire process.
• Administer Enigma licenses, including dongle replacements and invoicing.
• Support import/export logistics, intercompany shipments, and push kit activities.
• Process direct spare parts orders outside the Customer Service process.
• Support Application Center test-cut invoicing and related administrative support.

We are looking for a Contract & Order Management Coordinator to join the team and play a key role in ensuring the smooth administration of contracts, orders, invoicing, and logistics activities related to our services, software, and spare parts business.

In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, customers, and suppliers in an international and multicultural environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that administrative and operational processes are handled accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance contracts, including contract administration and annual invoicing follow-up.
• Process and monitor SaaS contracts and orders, ensuring accurate and timely administration.
• Manage Customer Service (CS) orders throughout the order process.
• Administer Enigma licenses, including dongle replacements, returns tracking, and related invoicing.
• Support import/export logistics, intercompany shipments, and push kit activities.
• Process direct spare parts orders outside the Customer Service process.
• Support Application Center test-cut invoicing and provide related administrative support.
