Zusammenfassung

BSI Software, based in Switzerland, is seeking a proactive Operations Specialist to join our team. You will create and maintain KPI reports, manage invoicing for our SaaS services, and collaborate with Sales and Legal to refine contract templates for customer projects.

You will support contract administration, contribute to the QMS, and help plan internal and external audits while ensuring documentation is current and accurate. Proficiency in German and English and MS 365 is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field (or apprenticeship in a related field).
• 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, quality, or commercial support.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with document management and business process documentation.
• Experience with contract administration and invoicing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (especially Excel) and modern business software.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GxP, or similar) is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Creating and maintaining KPI reports based on measurements defined in company SOPs
• Managing the recurring creation and distribution of invoices for our SaaS services
• Collaborating with Sales and Legal to maintain and continuously improve contract templates for our customer projects
• Supporting the preparation, administration and tracking of customer contracts
• Assisting in the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external audits
• Maintaining operational documentation and ensure records are complete and up to date
• Identifying opportunities to improve administrative and operational processes.
