Job-Room is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator in Switzerland to act as the interface between planning teams and external manufacturing partners. The role focuses on ensuring uninterrupted supply, coordinating demand and supply, and proactively managing supply risks to support service levels.

Responsibilities include monitoring orders, collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Logistics, and supporting long‑range supply planning in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing or Logistics
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Fluent English; German and/or French as second language
• ERP systems experience; SAP preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills

The role focuses on ensuring uninterrupted product supply, coordinating demand and supply activities, monitoring order execution, and proactively managing supply risks to support customer service excellence.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of : Supply Planning, Forecasting, Inventory Management, Customer Service and Logistics Processes.
• ERP Systems (SAP preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Advanced MS Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Languages : Fluent English (mandatory), German and/or French as a second language (mandatory)
