• Explore and assess options for designing an automated IT workflow solution for a global conflicts-of-interest (CoI) register
• Ensure the proposed solution meets the applicable regulatory and compliance requirements
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements in close collaboration with the framework owner
• Act as the bridge between compliance stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into clear functional requirements
• Support stakeholders in evaluating the options and prepare the basis for decisions on the target solution

Must-have criteria:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a compliance and technical flavour
• Track record of gathering and documenting business requirements together with business owners
• Strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills
• Analytical problem-solving skills that bridge business and technical perspectives
