Andermatt Swiss Alps AG is looking for a Demi Chef de Rang to join our front-of-house team in the Swiss Alps. You will assist in station setup, serve food and drinks, clear tables, and support after-service with a positive and polished approach.

We value a hospitality qualification (or relevant experience), a keen sense of service, speed, and teamwork. German language skills are essential, and English is a plus in guest interactions.

Qualifikationen

• Completed hospitality qualification or relevant experience in a similar role.
• Great sense of service, fast and careful work, polished appearance and team spirit.
• Good to very good German skills; English is a bonus.

Aufgaben

• You set up the station, office and buffets, keep an eye on everything, and keep your workspace looking sharp.
• Alongside the Chef de Rang, you serve food and drinks, clear tables, and help out with after-service.
• You're the friendly face guests meet first, offering simple recommendations – always with a bit of charm.
• From set-up to breakdown, table set-ups to the banquet line – you muck in and keep things running smoothly.
• Cleanliness is second nature to you – you stick to HACCP guidelines and make sure the crockery, glasses and cutlery are spotless.
• Taking orders and logging bills comes naturally to you, and you lend a hand with payments when needed.
• You get stuck in, keep learning, and work your way step by step towards becoming a Demi Chef de Rang.
