Job summary

Commodity Supplies AG is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist Coffee to support coffee logistics, contracts, and supplier management. The role focuses on shipments, invoices, and customer inquiries within a fast-paced trading environment.

The ideal candidate has a business/logistics background, fluent English and German, and experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
Experience in customer service, procurement support, logistics, or contract administration.
Fluent written and spoken English and German.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
Knowledge of international trade processes and Incoterms.
Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations within trading environments.
Experience in commodity trading, food products, or agricultural commodities is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage coffee logistic shipments and sales invoices.
Coordinate shipment schedules and delivery plans with logistics service providers, customers and coffee suppliers.
Support the resolution of logistics-related issues and delays.
Act as a key point of contact for customers’ inquiries and operational topics.
Assist in resolving customer related issues and discrepancies.
Coordinate with Finance regarding payment processing and invoice approvals.
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
Monitor contract processing timelines and maintain high accuracy standards.
