Job summary

Commodity Supplies AG is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist Coffee to support coffee logistics, contracts, and supplier management. The role focuses on shipments, invoices, and customer inquiries within a fast-paced trading environment.

The ideal candidate has a business/logistics background, fluent English and German, and experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in customer service, procurement support, logistics, or contract administration.
• Fluent written and spoken English and German.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
• Knowledge of international trade processes and Incoterms.
• Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations within trading environments.
• Experience in commodity trading, food products, or agricultural commodities is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage coffee logistic shipments and sales invoices.
• Coordinate shipment schedules and delivery plans with logistics service providers, customers and coffee suppliers.
• Support the resolution of logistics-related issues and delays.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers’ inquiries and operational topics.
• Assist in resolving customer related issues and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Finance regarding payment processing and invoice approvals.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Monitor contract processing timelines and maintain high accuracy standards.
