Job summary

Arbeitnow seeks a proactive Customer Service Specialist Coffee to support coffee logistics, focusing on contract administration, logistics coordination, and supplier management for smooth operations and excellent service.

Based in Wollerau or Zurich, this part-time, fixed-term position (40-60%) runs until May 2027, offering exposure to international coffee supply chains and collaboration with finance and logistics partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience in customer service, procurement support, logistics, or contract administration.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
• Knowledge of international trade processes and Incoterms.
• Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations in trading environments.
• Experience in commodity trading, food products, or agricultural commodities is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage coffee logistic shipments and sales invoices.
• Coordinate shipment schedules with logistics service providers, customers and coffee suppliers.
• Support the resolution of logistics-related issues and delays.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers’ inquiries and operational topics.
• Assist in resolving customer related issues and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Finance regarding payment processing and invoice approvals.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Monitor contract processing timelines and maintain high accuracy standards.
