Commodity Supplies is seeking a proactive Customer Service Specialist Coffee to support our coffee logistics activities in Wollerau or Zurich. The role focuses on contract administration, logistics coordination, and supplier management to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.

You will manage shipments, coordinate schedules with logistics providers and customers, handle invoice processing and payment approvals, and act as a main contact for customer inquiries.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Professional experience in customer service, procurement support, logistics, or contract administration.
• Fluent written and spoken English and German.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
• Knowledge of international trade processes and Incoterms.
• Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations within trading environments.
• Experience in commodity trading, food products, or agricultural commodities is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Manage coffee logistic shipments and sales invoices.
• Coordinate shipment schedules and delivery plans with logistics service providers, customers and coffee suppliers.
• Support the resolution of logistics-related issues and delays.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers’ inquiries and operational topics.
• Assist in resolving customer related issues and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Finance regarding payment processing and invoice approvals.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Monitor contract processing timelines and maintain high accuracy standards.
