Job summary

Ennismore Zürich invites a dynamic sales leader to join the 25hours & Mama Shelter hotel team. You will lead the Sales department, manage a two-person team, develop relationships with corporate clients, negotiate contracts, and drive growth across Corporate, MICE, and Groups segments.

Fluency in German and English is essential; experience with CRM systems like Cvent, Anais, and Opera is a plus. Eligible for exciting events, trade fairs, and collaboration with partners across our global portfolio.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English is essential.
• Proven ability to lead a sales team and build relationships with corporate clients.
• Experience with CRM systems and event-driven sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Brand ambassador for 25hours Hotels and Mama Shelter.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and business partners.
• Serve as the main contact for corporate clients and ACCOR Key Account Managers.
• Acquire new clients, negotiate contracts, and manage existing relationships across Corporate, MICE, and Groups.
• Lead the Sales department, managing a team of two.
• Prepare the sales budget and annual plan, and implement sales initiatives.
• Monitor and analyse the market and represent hotels at events and trade fairs.
• Organise sales calls domestically and internationally and coordinate with Marketing, Events, Revenue, and General Manager.
• Manage rate loading in systems and uphold 25hours Essentials.

Job Description

How does your working day look like...

• Brand ambassador for 25hours Hotels and Mama Shelter
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and business partners
• Serve as the main point of contact for all corporate clients and ACCOR Key Account Managers
• Acquire new clients, negotiate contracts, and manage existing client relationships across the Corporate, MICE, and Groups segments
• Lead the Sales department, managing a team of two
• Prepare the sales budget and annual plan, and implement sales initiatives
• Continuously monitor and analyse the market
• Represent the hotels at trade fairs, sales events, and networking functions
• Conduct hotel tours and familiarisation trips, and organise and carry out sales calls domestically and internationally
• Conceptualise, plan, and deliver exceptional client events
• Prepare proposals for prospective corporate clients
• Develop strategies and initiatives to improve business performance in coordination with the Marketing Manager, Events Manager, Revenue Department, and General Manager
• Act as the point of contact for local sales partnerships
• Keep customer records up to date and manage rate loading in the relevant systems
• Set a positive example for all hotel employees in areas such as uniform standards and conduct
• Know and uphold the 25hours Essentials

Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV...

• You have already worked in a hotel of a comparable size and not only managed the events department there, but havealready taken on responsibility as a member of the squad
• You are fluent in German and English, other languages are an advantage
• You have the ability to inspire people with our concept and are a passionate salesperson.Nevertheless you know what it means to handle administrative work cleanly and reliably
• Ideally you are already familiar with systems such as Cvent, Anais (or other CRM systems) and Opera
• You are a doer - and openly admit when you have done something wrong
• You not only bring your skills to the table, but also your character
