EPAM Systems is seeking a dynamic Cloud Engagement Leader to drive Microsoft cloud transformation engagements in Switzerland, focusing on Life Sciences and Healthcare. The role combines strategic advisory, deal shaping, and revenue ownership across a hybrid Switzerland-based portfolio, with close collaboration across Sales, Practices, Microsoft, and Delivery teams.

Demonstrated cloud transformation expertise in MS cloud.
Strong business development and revenue ownership skills.
Ability to build executive-level relationships in Life Sciences/Healthcare.
Experience in regulated environments and partner ecosystems.

Responsabilidades

Own bookings, growth metrics and pipeline for Microsoft cloud transformations.
Lead opportunities from origination to closure with deal shaping.
Collaborate with Microsoft and EPAM teams for joint go-to-market and co-sell strategies.
Mentor client partners in co-sell best practices and partner-led selling.
