Bank J. Safra Sarasin AG in Basel seeks a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) within the External Asset Manager (EXAM) Business Unit to maintain and develop EXAM relationships and provide high‑level service to the bank’s clients.

You will work with internal and external policies, prepare client meetings, respond to inquiries, monitor client instructions, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive new business.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in Private Banking.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills; Avaloq knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to weigh problems and set priorities.
• Strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability.
• Ability to work under pressure and with various stakeholders.
• Fluency in German and English; other languages are an advantage.
• Entrepreneurial spirit in a family‑owned bank.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and develop existing EXAM relationships while driving new business.
• Develop solutions and processes that meet EXAMs’ expectations and objectives.
• Provide research and investment solutions.
• Promote services offered by the Bank.
• Comply with FATCA, AML, MiFID and other regulations.
• Prepare client meetings and events.
• Respond to clients’ inquiries by email or phone.
• Monitor and execute client instructions and data changes.
• Monitor credit lines and maturities of investments.
• Oversee administrative issues.
