You will gather requirements, model client and data relationships, define data ownership, and collaborate with architects and developers to deliver CRM improvements and data solutions. English fluency is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or related discipline.
• 7+ years of business analysis experience within banking or financial services.
• Strong experience with CRM platforms and client relationship management processes.
• Proven experience in client data management, data modelling and relationship modelling.

Aufgaben

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements, translating business needs into technology solutions.
• Analyse, structure and model client, contact, legal entity and relationship data to support CRM and Sales processes.
• Define business data requirements, data ownership and quality controls for client and relationship information.
• Perform data mapping and source-to-target analysis across CRM platforms and related front-office systems.
• Improve the accuracy, consistency and usability of client data, client hierarchies and business partner relationships.
• Produce business requirements, user stories, process flows and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to deliver CRM enhancements, integrations and data solutions.
• Support testing, implementation and adoption of CRM capabilities.
