SwissPeak Partners is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to steward External Asset Manager relationships within a dynamic, international financial services environment. You will blend relationship management, client servicing and investment topics while collaborating with internal specialists and external partners.

You will build long-term client relationships, identify new business opportunities and contribute to service/process development across a globally oriented team.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance, Economics or a comparable field.
• Approximately 5–10 years of relevant experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management or similar.
• Strong understanding of client relationship management and financial services processes.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills; experience with Avaloq or comparable banking platforms is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple topics.

We are currently looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join an established financial services environment and take responsibility for a portfolio of External Asset Manager relationships. In this role, you will combine relationship management, client servicing and investment related topics while working closely with internal specialists and external partners.

You will have the opportunity to build long term client relationships, identify new business opportunities and contribute to the continuous development of services and processes within a dynamic and international environment.

Responsibilities & Tasks

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing External Asset Managers while identifying opportunities for further business development
• Act as a reliable point of contact for day to day client requests and ensure a high level of service
• Understand client needs and work with internal stakeholders to develop suitable solutions, processes and services
• Coordinate investment related topics and provide clients with relevant research, market information and investment solutions
• Present and promote relevant financial products and services
• Prepare and coordinate client meetings, presentations and relationship events
• Handle client enquiries efficiently via phone and email and ensure timely follow up
• Coordinate and monitor client instructions, including payments, securities transactions and changes to client data
• Monitor credit facilities, investment maturities and other relevant portfolio related matters
• Ensure administrative processes are handled accurately and efficiently
• Work in accordance with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements, including AML, FATCA and MiFID

• Approximately 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management or a comparable financial services environment
• Strong understanding of client relationship management and financial services processes
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills; experience with Avaloq or a comparable banking platform is an advantage
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple topics simultaneously
• High level of reliability, integrity and personal accountability
• Confident working with different internal departments, clients and external stakeholders
• Ability to remain focused and solution oriented in a demanding environment
• Fluent German and English skills; additional languages are considered an advantage
