Zusammenfassung

SwissPeak Partners is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to steward External Asset Manager relationships within a dynamic, international financial services environment. You will blend relationship management, client servicing and investment topics while collaborating with internal specialists and external partners.

You will build long-term client relationships, identify new business opportunities and contribute to service/process development across a globally oriented team.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance, Economics or a comparable field.
• Approximately 5–10 years of relevant experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management or similar.
• Strong understanding of client relationship management and financial services processes.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills; experience with Avaloq or comparable banking platforms is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple topics.

Aufgaben

• Manage and strengthen relationships with External Asset Managers and identify opportunities for growth.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day client requests with high service levels.
• Understand client needs and coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop solutions, processes and services.
• Coordinate investment topics and provide clients with research, market information and investment solutions.
• Present and promote relevant financial products and services to clients.
