Bank J. Safra Sarasin is seeking a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to support the External Asset Manager (EXAM) business in Basel. You will maintain and expand existing EXAM relationships and provide high-level service to clients.

Responsibilities include driving new business, developing processes, and handling inquiries while ensuring compliance with FATCA, AML, and MiFID policies. Strong German and English skills are essential, with Avaloq knowledge a plus.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Finance.
• 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in Private Banking.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills; knowledge in Avaloq is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and develop existing EXAM relationships while driving new business
• Develop solutions and processes that meet the expectations and objectives of the EXAMs
• Provide research and investment solutions
• Promote services offered by the Bank
• Deal with internal and external policies and compliance regulations FATCA, anti-money laundering (AML), MiFID, etc.
• Prepare client meetings and events
• Respond to clients enquiries by email or phone
• Control, execute and monitor client's instructions (payments, stock exchange, change of static data, etc.)
• Monitor credit lines and maturities of investments
• Monitor administrative issues
