Qualifikationen

• Degree in business administration, operations management, engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or other advanced business degree valued.
• Native French speaker with proficiency in English (C1).
• Experience in senior leadership driving growth and major project proposals.

Aufgaben

• Define growth strategies and oversee all markets to meet financial targets.
• Lead commercial policies, pricing, and negotiation for major bids.
• Manage data and KPI reporting, CRM and client database handling.
• Collaborate with country leaders and CE regional client team to execute strategy.
