Zusammenfassung

Brauhaus Sternen AG is seeking an experienced service leader to deputise for the Head of Service and manage the floor during shifts. You will actively work at your station, lead the team, ensure smooth service, and deliver high-quality guest care across all dining segments.

Flexibility for early/late shifts, weekend work, and a reliable, independent work style are essential to thrive in this hands-on role within our historic gastronomy venue.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in gastronomy (ideally first leadership experience).
• Enjoyment of responsibility and hosting qualities.
• Flexibility in work shifts (early and late shifts, including room hour).
• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
• High resilience and an independent, reliable working style.

Aufgaben

• Deputise for the Head of Service in their absence.
• Operational management of the service during the shift, active work in own station.
• Leadership and support of the service team.
• Ensuring a smooth service process.

• Banquet, seminar, and à la carte service.
