Zusammenfassung

Zoomcar in the Zurich area seeks a Channel Systems Engineer to support channel sales by engaging with partners and clients to demonstrate the technical value of our cybersecurity products, design custom security solutions, and provide technical enablement.

You'll collaborate with internal teams and external channel partners to ensure successful integration, deployment, and ongoing support of our cybersecurity solutions, including demos, POCs, and post-sales collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in system engineering, solution architecture, or technical support roles within cybersecurity or IT.
• Experience in pre-sales with channel partners or VARs (Value Added Resellers).
• Strong knowledge of security products and services including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint security, and cloud security.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical pre-sales support with partner and customer engagements, demos, POCs, and presentations.
• Conduct channel partner enablement sessions and create technical training materials for partner education.
• Architect and design security solutions with partners for threat detection, firewall, endpoint, and cloud security.
• Serve as a technical advisor in post-sales support to maximize product adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with product and R&D teams to relay customer feedback and improve deployments.
