Randstad is seeking a Senior Real Estate Manager to support a major consolidation and relocation project in Baden. The role involves coordinating with Finance and HR, steering facilities operations, and ensuring a smooth campus fit-out while maintaining alignment with corporate standards.

You will collaborate with architects and contractors, oversee FM/IFM integration, and help manage project timelines in a hybrid work setup with 20–30% home office potential after onboarding.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Facility Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3–4 years of professional experience in project support within commercial real estate or interior construction projects.
• Proven experience supporting real estate/construction project workflows with high attention to detail and teamwork.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Develop relationships with Swiss local stakeholders, Finance, and HR to support planning for consolidation and relocation.
• Guide facilities and workplace operations to reflect and enhance company culture across all areas.
• Ensure FM/IFM integration with the future campus project and support RFP processes for providers and contracts.
• Deliver fit-out project support from creation to go-live with architects, project colleagues, and contractors.
• Assist with project deliverables, vendor interactions, and keep timelines on track.
