Zusammenfassung

Myjob is seeking a project management professional for a Baden-based client in the Other sector. You will develop relationships with Swiss stakeholders, finance and HR to support headcount growth projections and a relocation project, while guiding facilities and workplace operations to ensure a high-quality working environment.

You will also support planning for FM/IFM within a real estate construction project, including provider selection and contract modelling, and help avoid high running

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ professional experience in project management within commercial real estate interior construction.
• Proven experience managing the build-out of multiple commercial projects.
• Experience developing and issuing RFPs, reviewing construction drawings and submittals, and negotiating with vendors.
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Language skills: German
