CBRE Group, Inc. in Geneva seeks an IFM Minor Project Lead to manage all aspects of real estate project delivery, from planning through closeout, in a dynamic facility management setting.

You will collaborate directly with clients to define scope, resources, costs, schedules, and milestones, lead the delivery team, and ensure governance and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle. Proficiency in MS Office and bilingual French/English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designation(s) preferred.
• French (C1) & English (B2) proficiency.
• Strong MS Office skills and numerical ability.

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects from planning to closeout.
• Work with clients to prepare scope, resources, cost estimates, budget, work plan, milestones, and risk.
• Define delivery resources and conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and timely, coordinated documentation.
• Lead the project delivery team with clear guidance and direction.
• Create action plans; track progress and report status and variances.
• Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans.
• Apply standard principles to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Model CBRE RISE values and build consensus to reach agreements.
• Impact multiple stakeholder activities and operate within broad guidelines.

For our growing Facility Management organisation at a client in Geneva we are looking for a:

IFM Minor Project Lead:

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
• Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
• Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
• Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals.
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances.
• Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• French (Min C1) & English (min B2).
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
