Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Facility Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 3–4 years of professional experience in project support within commercial real estate or interior construction projects.
• Proven experience supporting real estate/construction project workflows with high attention to detail and teamwork.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).

We are looking for an engaged and qualified Senior Real Estate Managerto strengthen a dynamic operations team for our multinational client located in Baden. In this role, you will play a key supporting part in a high-impact consolidation, relocation, and campus fit-out project while assisting daily workplace and facilities operations.

General Information

• Start Date: 01.09.2026

• Duration: 1 year (with option for potential permanent transition based on performance and team needs)

• Workplace: Baden

• Workload: 80–100%

• Home Office: Hybrid working options (20–30% home office possible over time after the initial onboarding phase)

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management & Workforce Planning: Develop relationships with Swiss local stakeholders, Finance, and HR to gather headcount growth projections and support planning for a major workplace consolidation and relocation project.

• Workplace Operations & Culture: Guide facilities and workplace operations to create and maintain an exceptional environment that reflects and deepens company culture across all workplace areas.

• Facility Management (FM / IFM) Integration: Ensure all necessary FM/IFM parts and requirements are aligned with the future setup of the new campus project. This includes supporting RFP processes for provider search and contract model selection, putting operational best practices into early planning steps to avoid high FM running costs later, and supporting the hospitality definition for the new site.

• Fit-Out Project Support: Deliver commercial real estate fit-out project support from creation to go-live by engaging closely with architects, project colleagues, and contractors, including supporting the development of plans and ensuring compliance with corporate workplace standards.

• Operational Execution: Assist with project deliverables, support vendor interactions, and help keep project delivery timelines on track under general supervision.

Qualifications & Requirements (Must-Haves)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Facility Management, Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Professional Experience: 3–4 years of professional experience in project support, ideally within commercial real estate or interior construction projects.

• Project Experience & Mindset: Proven experience supporting real estate/construction project workflows. A strong willingness to learn Project Management, combined with good organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a strong team-player attitude.

• Tool & Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office, especially solid command of MS Excel.

• Language Skills: Professional fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is required.

Desirable Skills (Nice-to-Haves)

• Experience managing or coordinating small projects independently is a plus.

• Demonstrated experience or background with campus relocations or workplace transformation projects.

• Additional language skills in Italian or Spanish are a distinct advantage.
