Zusammenfassung

WHR Global Basel-based Relocation Associate position supports transferees, clients and vendors through the relocation management process. You analyse benefits, process expenses in CARICS, and provide accurate information regarding policy and benefits.

Role emphasizes independent judgment, effective communication, and a strong customer service orientation; requires English fluency and on-site Basel presence three days weekly.

Qualifikationen

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in applicable field preferred or relocation industry experience.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, required; Japanese language is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and regular attendance.
• Strong written and verbal communication across internal and external stakeholders.
• Self-driven with high attention to detail and professional presentation.
• Willingness to report on-site in Basel three times per week and hybrid work as required.

Aufgaben

• Enter and process relocation expenses into CARICS, including multi-currency conversions.
• Authorize expenditures related to transferee relocation and manage service provider relations.
• Use independent judgment to identify transferee needs and optimize relocation resources.
• Answer policy questions and explain benefits and required forms to transferees.
• Maintain transferee records in hard copy and CARICS with up-to-date documentation.
• Initiate relocation services in CARICS and coordinate with service providers.
• Maintain weekly transferee contact and maximize benefits available.
• Document home finding trips and client benefits for processing.
• Process expense reimbursements by analyzing and approving reports.
