Zusammenfassung

WHR Global in Basel is seeking an International Relocation Associate to support transferees, clients, and service providers through the relocation management process. You will analyse benefits, process expenses, and explain policy details while reporting to the Counselor.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and on-site presence in Basel three days per week.

Qualifikationen

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in applicable field is preferred or experience in relocation industry.
• Fluent English proficiency (written & verbal) is required
• Fluency in Japanese is preferred

Aufgaben

• Enter and process relocation-related expenses in the core processing system (CARICS).
• Authorize expenditures on behalf of the Company for transferees.
• Assist transferees by answering policy questions and explaining benefits.
• Maintain transferee records and required documentation.
• Initiate relocation services with service providers and maintain weekly contact with transferees.
• Document home finding trips and process expense reimbursements.
