CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Geneva is seeking an IFM Minor Project Lead to manage all aspects of real estate project delivery, from planning through closeout, coordinating with clients on scope, budget, milestones, and risk mitigation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 3–5 years in project management, LEED AP/PMP/CCM preferred, and fluency in French and English. Proficiency in MS Office is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• LEED AP, PMP, and CCM designation(s) preferred.
• French (Min C1) & English (min B2).
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Aufgaben

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects (planning, design, construction, occupancy, closeout).
• Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project (scope, resources, budget, schedule, quality, risk).
• Define delivery resources and conduct RFIs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Implement project documentation governance aligned with requirements.
• Ensure project data integrity and timely documentation.
• Lead the project delivery team with guidance to achieve goals.
