Nestlé Suisse S.A. is seeking a Brand Experience Specialist to rejuvenate THOMY and deepen consumer loyalty by delivering integrated brand experiences that strengthen emotional connection and drive sustainable growth.

You will collaborate with marketing, sales, communications, food-service teams, agencies and sponsorship partners, own projects from brief to activation, and travel regularly as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in brand marketing, consumer activation, or shopper marketing and passion for THOMY.
• Out-of-Home market knowledge to drive omnichannel activations and growth.
• Ability to manage budgets, measure ROI, and optimize execution.

Aufgaben

• Turn consumer and category insights into compelling brand experiences.
• Shape omnichannel activation strategy across the OOH / convenience channel.
• Activate external network to build sponsorship partnerships.
• Develop and execute brand activations, live marketing events and brand experiences.
• Deliver integrated amplification plans tied to brand priorities and measurable business outcomes.
• Drive execution through collaboration and resource optimization.
