Job summary

Nestlé S.A. in Vevey, Switzerland invites a Senior Acquisitions & Business Development Manager to drive major M&A initiatives, including acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures across regions.

You will shape strategy, lead end-to-end processes, assess risks, and negotiate transactions to create value for the Nestlé Group. You will collaborate with Zones, SBUs, financial advisers, and legal teams; manage governance and reporting to senior leadership; and participate in a flexible, hybrid

Qualifications

• Extensive M&A experience or leading complex projects in a multinational or advisory setting.
• Strong financial analysis, governance, and risk-management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills across functions and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Shape M&A strategy with Zones and SBUs and evaluate opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end acquisition and divestment processes with governance.
• Assess financial, strategic, and operational risks to strengthen decisions.
• Negotiate transaction agreements to maximize value and minimize risk.
• Coordinate internal teams and external advisers to ensure timely completion.
