Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to coordinate marketing activities and executive administration, enabling effective business delivery. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, senior leaders, markets, agencies and suppliers to drive results that matter at scale.

You will manage complex calendars, travel, and priorities, craft clear communications, support event logistics, and help govern projects while ensuring cost controls and efficient operations across teams.

• Excellent written and verbal communications.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality executive support through proactive management of complex calendars, meetings, travel and priorities, enabling leadership to remain focused on key business priorities and delivery.
• Deliver clear internal Sales and Marketing communications by aligning content, stakeholders and approvals, while maintaining presentations and materials in a structured, accessible repository to enhance team efficiency.
• Coordinate cycle connects, events, workshops, training sessions and virtual meetings, building productive relationships with Zone, SBU, markets, agencies, suppliers and cross-functional partners to deliver flawlessly.
• Ensure the smooth running of marketing operations and effective project governance by maintaining key routines, managing activity plans, and driving the timely delivery of milestones.
• Managing budgets, purchase orders, invoices and expenses accurately to support cost control and compliance.
• Improving ways of working by championing digital & IT tools and turning feedback into practical efficiency gains.
