JTI in Switzerland is seeking a Consumer Activation Associate (m/f/d) to bring our brands to life in the real world and own projects end-to-end.

You will work across activation platforms with internal teams, agencies and suppliers, solving execution challenges and delivering measurable impact. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast and grow through hands-on experience.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, consumer activation, events, project coordination, sales, trade marketing or another relevant commercial environment.
• Ownership mindset with ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on commitments.
• Fluent English; Swiss local language is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Drive activation projects end to end from planning to evaluation.
• Coordinate agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders, keeping scope, timing, budget and execution quality under control.
• Turn activation ideas into consumer-facing experiences, communications and engagement mechanics.
• Track budgets, KPIs and results and turn data into clear recommendations.
• Contribute to activations, events, ambassador programs and pilots.
• Spot risks and address gaps to ensure corrective actions are completed.
