Qualifikationen

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking and prioritization ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reception management systems.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are an asset.

Aufgaben

• Welcome and greet visitors and employees in the lobby in a professional, friendly manner.
• Manage access control, visitor registration, and badge issuance; coordinate with security.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address complaints promptly and professionally.
• Handle mail and packages; coordinate couriers and shipments securely.
• Oversee reception operations including phone system, emails, and seating arrangements.
• Assist with event coordination, room reservations, and catering for meetings.
