Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2+ years of experience providing customer support.
• Experience in IT or technical support for direct-to-consumer technology is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-cultural teams.

Aufgaben

• Provide Tier 1 support for Intuitive Digital Products; serve as first point of contact for inquiries.
• Log all issues into the CRM and create/update support tickets.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve up to 95% of Tier 1 issues on first contact.
• Assist to resolve basic to mid-level issues or escalate as needed.
• Maintain knowledge base with new resolutions and share with the team.
• Meet or exceed KPIs related to quality, service levels, and punctuality.
