Intuitive, a leading medical device company, is seeking a Digital Support Associate (Spanish and German speaker) to provide Tier 1 technical support for our Digital Products onsite in a collaborative, customer-centric environment.

You will log and triage inquiries, resolve up to 95% at first contact, and work with cross-functional teams while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards. Fluency in English, Spanish and German is required for this role.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2+ years of experience providing customer support, IT or technical support preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot within multiple business systems.
• Strong collaboration and escalation management skills.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and ticket lifecycle.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide Tier 1 support for Intuitive’s Digital Products, triaging inquiries from internal and external users.
• Log and update issues in the CRM; create/update support tickets per processes.
• Resolve up to 95% of Tier 1 issues at first contact when possible.
• Assist to resolve basic to medium issues or escalate to appropriate teams.
• Maintain open communication with technical teams to ensure timely resolution.
