Jobup in Muri, Switzerland, seeks a Technical Clerk / Deputy Customer Service (m/f/d), 100% to support and advise customers by phone, email, and CRM. You will process offers, orders, and service requests in SAP and collaborate with production, logistics and shipping to ensure smooth order handling.

In the absence of the manager you will lead the customer service team, plan resources, and coordinate activities; you act as the Application Champion for first-level support and help shape processes

Qualifikationen

• Experience in sales consulting and order processing with offer preparation.
• Very good written and spoken German.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and SAP experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide competent advice and support to partners and customers by telephone, email and CRM.
• Independently process offers, orders and service requests in the ERP system (SAP).
• Coordinate with production, logistics and shipping to ensure smooth order processing.
• Act as deputy for customer service manager, including resource planning and team coordination.
• Serve as Application Champion with first-level support and interface between departments and IT.
• Create training materials and conduct user trainings, contributing to process and system improvements.

YOUR TASKS

• Competent advice and support of specialist partners and customers by telephone, e-mail and CRM
• Independent processing of offers, orders and service requests in the ERP system (SAP)
• Close cooperation with production, logistics and shipping to ensure smooth order processing
• Deputy professional management of the customer service team in the absence of the manager, including resource planning and coordination of team activities
• Responsibility as Application Champion with first-level support as well as interface function between specialist departments and IT
• Creation of training materials, conducting user training and co-designing the continuous further development of processes and systems

YOUR PROFILE

• Technical basic training and/or commercial training
• Experience in sales consulting and order processing with offer preparation
• Technical affinity present and interest in acquiring further technical expertise
• Friendly, customer-oriented personality with understanding of the essentials
• Very good written and spoken knowledge of German
• Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office programmes

NICE TO HAVE

• Good written and spoken knowledge of English and Italian
