Zusammenfassung

Kempinski Hotels in St. Moritz is seeking an Assistant F&B Manager from the upcoming winter season to lead our F&B team and support the Director of F&B.

You will provide active support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all outlets (restaurant, bar, room service, banqueting), uphold Kempinski brand standards and HACCP, greet guests, collect feedback, and help design training programs. Induction and development of the team, assist with rota planning, stock control, and contribute ideas

Qualifikationen

• Completed training in the hospitality industry and several years’ experience in the upmarket hospitality sector, with at least two years’ management experience in a comparable role.
• Experience with maintaining brand standards, HACCP and hygiene regulations.
• Strong leadership, creativity and attention to detail with a hands-on approach.
• Excellent team coordination, empathy in communication and guest-centric service.
• Very good command of German and English; Italian an advantage.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Completed training in the hospitality industry and several years’ experience in the upmarket hospitality sector, with at least two years’ management experience in a comparable role
• Professional expertise, creativity and attention to detail, as well as a very high standard of quality awareness
• A structured and organised approach to work, as well as a willingness to provide operational support
• A keen interest in team-oriented work
• Genuine enthusiasm for first-class cuisine, fine wines and first-class service.
• A dynamic leadership style characterised by empathetic communication, a hands-on approach and setting a good example.
• Ability to work under pressure, an understanding of business management and a confident demeanour even in hectic situations.
• Very good command of German and English; knowledge of other languages, such as Italian, would be an advantage
