Zusammenfassung

UBP SA in Geneva is seeking a seasoned CLM/Appway specialist to join the Client Lifecycle Management team. You will provide L2/L3 support and run activities (80%), with a 20% development component for fixes, enhancements and automation, ensuring availability, performance and compliance of Appway CLM solutions.

You will collaborate closely with business and engineering teams, participate in Agile ceremonies, and drive incident communications, RCA, and improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years with Appway/FNZ Studio in a banking environment.
• Experience in CLM/KYC operations is a plus.
• Agile practice and strong communication in English.

Aufgaben

• Provide L2/L3 support: triage, diagnose, resolve incidents and coordinate with vendors.
• Manage runs, releases, and packaging promotions with defined runbooks.
• Design and implement fixes and minor enhancements in Appway (FNZ Studio).
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines, testing, and technical documentation.
