Avaloq, a Switzerland-based leader in wealth management technology, seeks a Software Engineer for its CLM/CRM team. You will design, develop, and support business-critical applications, collaborating with analysts, service managers, product and project teams to ensure reliability and performance for clients worldwide.

You will enhance existing functionalities, investigate production issues, and contribute to continuous improvement while embracing an agile mindset and Jira for ticketing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or similar role in banking/financial services.
• Strong programming, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of RDBMS and Oracle SQL/PL/SQL.
• Experience with Java; Unix and Python are valuable.
• Familiarity with software design, development, testing, troubleshooting, version control, and CI/CD.

Aufgaben

• Ensure stable operation of CLM/CRM and integrated third-party apps.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents.
• Design, develop, test, and implement high-quality code fixes.
• Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the development life cycle.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications to meet evolving client needs.
• Assist in workshops and support analysts in requirements analysis.
• Support testing activities including UAT and integration testing.
• Maintain technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing.
