Sword Group in Switzerland seeks an Appway Support & Development Specialist to ensure onboarding, KYC review, and remediation workflows run smoothly. You will contribute to platform evolution while maintaining strong incident response and release management across environments.

The role requires hands-on Appway/FNZ Studio experience in a banking setting, solid API and data handling skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years hands-on Appway/FNZ Studio experience in banking, including L2/L3 support.
• Strong integration tech skills: REST/SOAP, JSON/XML data.
• Proven incident investigation, RCA, and remediation capabilities.
• Experience with multi-environment deployments and release management.
• Knowledge of CLM/KYC onboarding, reviews, remediation programs.
• Familiarity with AML/KYC regulations, risk assessment, compliance controls.
• Ability to communicate with both business and technical teams.
• Swiss residency required; English fluent, French a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide Level 2 and 3 application support, coordinate incident resolution with vendors.
• Monitor workflow performance and system health via logs, dashboards, queues, and alerts.
• Perform root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Manage releases across environments, including validation, deployment controls, and rollback.
• Maintain runbooks, knowledge bases, procedures, and user guidance.
• Design fixes and small enhancements in Appway/FNZ Studio (rules, UI, data mappings).
• Contribute to automation/CI/CD initiatives through pipelines, testing, code reviews.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in Agile to drive service improvement.
