Michael Page International (Switzerland) SA in Geneva is seeking a focused KYC Onboarding Specialist to take ownership of end-to-end client onboarding and periodic reviews. The role sits within a small, collaborative team and offers autonomy in a regulated environment.

You will review files, verify documentation, conduct enhanced due diligence, and work with Front Office, Compliance, Legal and other stakeholders to balance regulatory requirements with business needs.

Qualifikationen

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience within KYC, Client Onboarding, or a comparable function in the Swiss financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of the Swiss AML/KYC regulatory framework.
• Experience conducting periodic client reviews.
• Experience reviewing PEP and high-risk relationships, performing screening and analysing potential adverse findings.
• Knowledge of FATCA and CRS documentation.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes and deliverables.
• Able to communicate effectively with Front Office, Compliance, Legal and other stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of end-to-end onboarding for a diversified client base (private, corporate, intermediary).
• Review and validate new client files per Swiss AML/KYC requirements.
• Verify account-opening documentation including FATCA, CRS.
• Conduct enhanced due diligence on high-risk clients and PEPs.
• Review Powers of Attorney and documentation relating to external intermediaries and asset managers.
• Plan and execute periodic client reviews and address backlog.
