A leading satellite communications company is looking for a Technical Trainer to prepare operations for service readiness and operational excellence. This role involves designing training content, developing SOPs, and ensuring operational staff are certified. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in technical writing within telecommunications and is proficient in creating effective training programs. This position requires bilingual skills and will work primarily out of the Gatineau facility.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in technical writing or documentation in telecommunications.
  • 3+ years in a 24/7 NOC or mission-critical environment.
  • Strong understanding of satellite communications and IP networking.

Responsibilities

  • Develop role-based training programs and SOPs.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to create and validate SOPs.
  • Maintain a version-controlled operational knowledge base.
